Pros
Agreed to block-scheduling.
Cons
Not Travel Friendly. PCU Charge Nurses intentionally screw over Travel Nurses. Float is almost every shift (do not keep rotation list so the same nurses get floated every night) and they assign the heaviest patients & loads to Travel Nurse bc they say we "bank". And their Unit Director does nothing about it.
