Description
This role will be based in Arizona, out of our Paradise Valley location.
This position is an excellent fit for an experienced RBT who is pursuing a path towards becoming a BCBA or other master's level clinician and wishes to develop additional skills in mentorship and coaching. The role is full time (40 hours/week), center based, and salaried. Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the overall training program
- Completing all onboarding administrative tasks for new RBTs
- Delivering centralized Weeks 1-2 training
- Assigning clinical content via Workramp
- Conducting Workramp checks
- Identifying clients with the Scheduling team for practical training and delivering training with new RBTs
- Overseeing the Ready to Soar process
- Assessing new RBTs using the skill-will matrix (based on direct delivery checklist)
- Providing a summary on each new RBT to clinic-level RBT trainers at the end of Week 2 training
- Ensuring all RBTs have certification exams booked by the end of Week 3
Key Qualifications for the Centralized RBT Trainer:
- Have achieved RBT 2 status or above
- Experience coaching others and providing feedback
- Strong personal organization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be open and willing to feedback, learning, and growth
The position will start in Q4 2024, and have a two week training and ramp-up period before starting. Relocation assistance available and provided for any candidates relocating from Colorado to Arizona for the position.
Pay range is $50,000.00 - $60,000.00/year with an annual bonus potential based on performance in the role.
