Join our dynamic team at the Swedish Orthopedic Institute, part of the prestigious First Hill Campus of Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, WA. This vibrant city offers a unique blend of urban culture and natural beauty, making it an ideal place to live and work.
We are seeking experienced professionals with at least 2 years of experience, primarily on a surgical unit, with a preference for orthopedic experience. Candidates with a background in acute care MS are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Care for postoperative elective orthopedic surgery patients and fracture patients from the emergency department.
Float to other acute care units as needed, starting with Med/Surg (SOI 5) and then to other acute care units.
Work Environment
The Swedish Orthopedic Institute offers a supportive and well-equipped environment for both patients and caregivers. All rooms are private, featuring a computer and overhead lift, designed to accommodate the Orthopedic population comfortably.
Licensing Requirements
Active compact license honored at all Swedish facilities.
Indicate WA license status: Active, In Process, or No License.
Submit with pending WA license if applicable.
Additional Information
No specific color or pattern is required for scrubs, but a professional appearance is essential.
