Description

Ratios: Non-Critical, 3:1 (4:1 with hallway when callouts happen, and we cannot get someone to pick up), Critical patients: 2:1, Medical boarders in ED: 5:1
Shift: 36 Hours Can Be Offered
Will accept 26 weeks ONLY
12hr Nights; 18:45 - 07:15
No Block Scheduling
Call Requirement: No Call
Float Requirement: No Float
Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend Required
RTO after booking is NOT allowed and is NOT allowed to be worked out onsite. Any call offs or additional RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a Cancel and DNR
Required Skills / Certifications / Experience
Minimum Experience Required: 2 years
Unit Accepts 1st Time Traveler: Yes
Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes
Skills Required: IV Start, Triage, Telemetry, Conscious Sedation. Preferred: Trauma experience
Certifications Required: TNCC, ACLS, NIH, MOAB, BLS & PALS

Adult patients, STEMI, Stroke, Level 2 trauma patients. ~170 visits per day, 53 rooms/beds
