As a primary nurse, you will be responsible for the overall management of nursing care, ensuring competent, compassionate, and cost-effective patient care from admission to discharge. Key responsibilities include:

• Assuring patient safety, comfort, and personal hygiene
• Responding to medical and environmental emergencies
• Coordinating care with the patient, family, and healthcare team
• Administering treatments and medications
• Conducting patient assessments and modifying care plans as needed

• Provides competent and compassionate patient care
• Exercises clinical judgment and critical thinking
• Develops and implements patient care plans
• Coordinates and supervises team members
• Serves as a patient advocate
