Description

Position Details

Shift: 36 or 48 hours per week, Night shifts
Start Dates: 1/27, 2/10
Patient Ratio: 1:2
Minimum Experience: 2 years required
Prior Travel Assignment: Must have completed at least one
Weekend and Holiday Coverage: Every other weekend/holiday as needed

Certification Requirements

Required: AWHONN Intermediate, ACLS, STABLE, NRP, BLS
Registration: Must register for C-EFM during the compliance phase or within the first two weeks of the assignment
Preferred: C-EFM through NCC

Contract Details

36 Hour Contract: Call required; 24 hours over a 6-week period
Call Response: Traveler must be on premises within 45 minutes after receiving a call
48 Hour Contract: No call required

Additional Requirements

Float Requirement: Required to float to similar units (e.g., Mom/Baby); travelers float before permanent staff
Schedule: Cannot guarantee a set schedule
Local Candidates: Must be within 60 miles
Skills: Circulate, Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM), preceptor and/or charge experience
Triage Experience: Preferred
High Risk Labor & Delivery Experience: Required
Flu Vaccine: Mandatory for all employees
