Certification Requirements:

CA RN

Work Schedule:

On Call - As needed
No Floating
No Weekends

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver appropriate, adequate, effective, and efficient direct patient care services.
Implement the physician's plan of care and obtain necessary physician orders.
Supervise home health aides and coordinate care within an interdisciplinary team.
Participate in effective utilization management and control of patient supplies.
Consistently provide care based on age-related needs, considering development/psychosocial needs, environmental safety, educational needs, communication style, and level of understanding.
