Description

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Caring for patients requiring long-term medical attention
Provide care for 5-6 patients per shift
Log, monitor, and administer medications (orally, subcutaneously, and through an IV)
Educate patients and families on treatments, prognosis, and best practices to manage their illness/injury
Interpret and understand telemetry readings

Qualifications:

Associates Degree or higher in Registered Nursing
State RN Licensure. Compact licensure as applicable
Recent experience working in critical care or an LTAC (Long-Term Acute Care) Hospital
BCLS and ACLS
