As a critical care registered nurse, you will hold shift accountability for providing care to Intensive Care patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures. You will demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care. Additionally, you will maintain clinical competencies through continuing education and delegate patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available. Providing direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care is also a key responsibility.

Floating:

You will float to Tele units depending on the need and census of the ICU unit.
