Description

Job Details

Travel rate available for local travelers starting on or before 12/16.
No RTO after booking; any call-offs or additional RTO could lead to cancellation.
Minimum of 2 years of experience required; unit accepts first-time travelers.
Locals accepted with a rate difference.
Required Skills: Telemetry, Interpretation and Management of Dysrhythmias.
Certifications: BCLS, NIH.
Preferred Skills: IV Start.

Shift and Schedule

Target Ratios: 1:6
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Hours: 36-48 hours offered; OT after 48 hours.
Shift: 12-hour nights
Floating: Required as needed
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

Patient Care

Work with a diverse adult and geriatric patient population on a general medical floor with 30 rooms/beds and an average daily census of 29. Be part of a team that thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Unit Systems and Orientation

Systems: Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR
Scheduling: Self-scheduling, confirmed by unit
Unit Orientation: 24 hours
Hospital Orientation: Week one; availability for classes each day is required.
