Key Information

Travel rate available for local travelers starting on or before December 13.
RTO after booking is not permitted and cannot be arranged onsite. Any call-offs or additional RTO may result in cancellation.

Required Skills and Certifications

Minimum 2 years of experience.
Skills: Telemetry, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown experience, dysrhythmia interpretation, remote monitoring, pre/post cardiac procedures, sheath removal, port access, blood product administration, central line care, PICC line management, cardiac drip-titrate (Diltiazem and Amiodarone).
Certifications: ACLS

Preferred Skills and Certifications

NIH certification
Charge experience

Job Details

Patient Ratios: 1:6-7
Shift: Night 3x12-hour
Contract Duration: 13 weeks up to March 15, 2025
RTO: 7 days max
Float Requirement: Yes
Weekend Requirement: 5-6 weekend shifts (every other weekend)
Participation in Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team required
Potential reassignment to units as needed during contracts

Arrhythmias
Post Cardiac Cath

Monitoring of cardiac patients
Cardiac drips: Dobutamine, Amiodarone, Cardizem, Milrinone, Dopamine, etc.
Sheath pulls, TR Bands, Femstop

Medication: Pyxis
Documentation: EPIC
Communication: SBAR

Scheduling Type: Self

Must pass EKG testing prior to start
