Pros
Great manager, director, nurses, and PCTs. Always an effort to focus on quality patient care and improvement in care and unit function. Staffing improved overall during my time here. When I was pulled to other units, staff were kind and willing to help whenever I asked.
Cons
New scheduling system (Timpani) has been implemented this year. It still has kinks to be worked out (but I have hope for it overall). Meditech is..different..and took getting used to. Like any place, there were staff who didn’t want to put in the effort others were. Manager got rid of most of them if they did not step it up, thankfully.
