I was skeptical to come to this facility due to the low star rating. However, I found out that this hospital is Traveler friendly, cluster scheduling, plenty of supplies, the staff in all departments are friendly.

Cons

Can only have 1 shift overtime. Not much to do in this city. Everything is far away.
