Pros

Everyone was great. Traveler friendly. Excellent teamwork. Excellent resources. I got spoiled working here at this facility.

Cons

Teaching facility so you have multiple doctors, residents, etc all putting in orders with little communication. I feel like that is somewhat expected at a teaching hospital though.
