Pros

ER flexibility is good, cost of living was on my travel nurse company which was good.

Cons

How process for homeless & drunk/cold/mental issues has to be brought into the ER as they had nowhere else to go & you have to take care of them as if a homeless shelter & feed them also, put up with the shenanigans/disrespect. Housing: dirty, unsafe as door to house did not lock. Would recommend they put nurses in dorm style housing vs anywhere in town weather house/apt/roommate.
