Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry/PCU
Annual Salary: Competitive, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for RNs with 2+ years of experience

Join the dedicated team at the facility in Plano as a Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry/PCU within the Progressive Care Unit. This role offers a permanent position with night shifts, ensuring you play a crucial part in providing top-tier patient care in a state-of-the-art facility.

Day-to-day of the role:
Conduct detailed clinical assessments and prioritize patient and family needs.
Implement and evaluate care plans, adjusting them as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Engage in a 32-bed unit focused on Progressive Care/Med Surg patients, handling conditions such as comprehensive stroke, sepsis, and vasoactive drips.
Educate patients, families, and community members, empowering them with knowledge for better healthcare choices.
Collaborate with colleagues and the community to create comprehensive care plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a specialization in nursing.
Current and valid nursing license.
Must have or obtain BLS certification within 30 days of starting.
Minimum of 2 years of med-surg tele or PCU experience.
Strong clinical skills with the ability to handle multiple patients and complex situations.
