Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (12 HR Nights, 19:00-07:00)
Join the facility as a Registered Nurse in our Labor & Delivery unit. This full-time night shift position is based in Dallas, TX, at a facility renowned for its comprehensive patient care and research. We are seeking dedicated RNs who are eager to advance their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing critical care to mothers and newborns during one of the most important times of their lives.

Day-to-day of the role:
Clinical Practice: Provide direct nursing care to mothers during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages, ensuring the highest level of care.
Patient Care: Assess mothers’ and newborns’ conditions, implement care plans, and evaluate outcomes to ensure comprehensive patient recovery and health.
Emergency Response: Quickly and accurately assess and respond to medical emergencies during labor and delivery.
Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment in the labor and delivery area at all times, adhering to all internal and regulatory policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
License/Certification:
RN Registered Nurse license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required within 30 days of hire.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required within 30 days of hire.
Experience: At least one year of RN experience in Labor and Delivery, preferably at a level III or higher facility.
Skills: Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage complex patient situations in a high-stress environment.
