Registered Nurse - Oncology
Annual Salary: Competitive

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (12 HR Days, 07:00-19:00)

Join the Oncology team as a Registered Nurse. This role is crucial for providing specialized care to patients undergoing cancer treatments, managing their symptoms, and supporting them through their recovery process in the Oncology Infusion Clinic.

Day-to-day of the role:
Administer chemotherapy and other medications as prescribed by the oncologist.
Monitor patients for reactions and side effects of treatments.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families about cancer treatments and side effects.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate treatment protocols and patient progress.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Degree: RN, preferably BSN or higher.
Experience: Minimum of five years of RN experience in the NICU, including charge nurse responsibilities.
Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications required within 30 days of hire.
License: Must possess a current and valid nursing license.
