Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry/PCU
Annual Salary: Competitive, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for RNs with 2+ years of experience
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Join the dedicated team at the facility in Fort Worth as a Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry/PCU within the Ortho Neuro Telemetry Unit. This role offers a permanent position with night shifts, ensuring you play a crucial part in providing top-tier patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
Conduct detailed clinical assessments and prioritize patient and family needs.
Implement and evaluate care plans, adjusting them as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Engage in a 30-bed unit focused on providing a high level of direct and individualized care across a full spectrum of orthopedic, neurological, and surgical conditions.
Educate patients, families, and community members, empowering them with knowledge for better healthcare choices.
Collaborate with colleagues and the community to create comprehensive care plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a specialization in nursing.
Current and valid nursing license.
Must have or obtain BLS certification within 30 days of starting.
Minimum of 2 years of recent, full-time Acute Care, Med Surg experience.
Strong clinical skills with the ability to handle multiple patients and complex situations.
Comfortable with drips as required.
