Shift: 10 HR Nights, 07:00-17:00

Join the Cath Lab team as a Registered Nurse. This role is essential for providing specialized care in invasive cardiology, structural heart, and peripheral vascular disease, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety during complex procedures.

Day-to-Day of the Role:
Assist in catheterizations, angioplasty, and pacemaker implantations.
Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring they are informed and comfortable.
Monitor patients during procedures and provide immediate post-procedural care.
Collaborate with cardiologists and the healthcare team to deliver effective treatment.
Manage patient care in the procedural area, ensuring adherence to safety and health regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Degree: RN
Experience: Minimum 1 year of Cardiovascular Acute Care RN experience. Additional experience in Cath and/or EP lab preferred.
Certifications Required:BLS, ACLS (must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
Skills: Proficient in handling cardiology procedures, excellent communication, and critical thinking skills.
License: Active Compact RN license required at time of submission.

Additional Information:
Call Requirement: Must live under 30 minutes from the hospital. Call is 6:10 weekday shifts per schedule (6 weeks) and 1 weekend per 6 weeks.
Orientation Details: Caregiver must be available as per facility orientation schedule; discuss orientation pay details.
