Join the innovative Hospital at Home team in Temple as a Registered Nurse. This role is crucial for providing high-quality, acute care services to patients in the comfort of their homes, revolutionizing healthcare delivery by extending hospital-level care to home settings.

Day-to-Day of the Role:
Provide high-quality acute care services to patients enrolled in the Hospital at Home program.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
Spend additional time at the bedside assessing clinical and environmental needs and supporting an overall healing environment.
Act as a key educator and provide ongoing support to patients and their families, ensuring they have the necessary resources and understanding to manage their care at home.
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Degree: RN
Experience: Preferred experience in acute care settings, with a focus on home health or similar environments.
Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN), Basic Life Support (BLS) or obtain within 30 days of hire or transfer.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to handle high-stress situations, proficient in emergency care protocols.
License: Must possess a current and valid nursing license.
