Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (12 HR Nights, 19:00-07:00)
Join the facility as a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Room. This full-time night shift position is based in Dallas, TX, at a facility renowned for its comprehensive patient care and research. We are seeking dedicated RNs who are eager to advance their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing critical care in one of the most fast-paced units in healthcare.

Day-to-day of the role:
Clinical Practice: Provide direct nursing care and supervise non-licensed nursing staff within the ER. Ensure the emergency room is prepared for a wide range of medical emergencies.
Patient Care: Assess patients’ conditions upon arrival, implement emergency care plans, and evaluate outcomes to ensure comprehensive patient recovery.
Emergency Response: Quickly and accurately assess patient care needs, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans collaboratively with doctors and staff.
Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment in the emergency room at all times. Adhere to all internal and regulatory policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
License/Certification:
RN Registered Nurse license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
Experience: Previous experience in an Emergency Department is highly preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritizing needs continually.
