Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (8 HR Days, 07:00-15:00)
Join the facility as a Nurse Manager in our Emergency Room. This full-time day shift position is based in Dallas, TX, at a facility renowned for its comprehensive patient care and research. We are seeking a dedicated RN with strong leadership skills who is eager to advance their career in a dynamic and supportive environment, overseeing critical care operations in the Emergency Department.
Day-to-day of the role:
Lead and manage nursing operations in the Emergency Room, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient departmental performance.
Develop and implement policies, manage resources, oversee finances, and drive quality improvement efforts within the department.
Coordinate educational programs to meet departmental goals and ensure staff competency.
Provide direct care when necessary, demonstrating exceptional clinical skills and patient interaction.
Maintain a healing and supportive environment for patients, families, and staff members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
Active RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
Minimum of three years of professional nursing experience, with a strong background in emergency care and leadership roles.
Proven ability to manage a team, formulate strategy, and optimize workflow.
Strong communication, decision-making, and ethical skills essential for high-stakes emergency room settings.
