Cons

Getting more and more picky about small things have a tendency to micromanage at times. Also, patient census fluctuations are crazy and get called off frequently.

Pros

I have been traveling with ADEX and Lana as my recruiter for nearly 4 years now! I have never had to “fight” for my pay or stipends.
