Pros

99% of the staff are normal humans. The manager is amazing and understanding. Patients are usually pretty good. Working here as a sleep tech is great if you’re able to avoid working with the 2 people in my cons. Fortunately there’s more pros than cons.

Cons

Annoying lead sleep tech in the sleep lab is a micro manager, control freak and barely tolerable if you’re on schedule with them. Chinese sleep tech plays Chinese music and Chinese news simultaneously all night long and is purposefully annoying.

Pros

I have been traveling with ADEX and Lana as my recruiter for nearly 4 years now! I have never had to “fight” for my pay or stipends. Lana has always been my advocate to each facility I’ve traveled too. Lana responds quickly and handles any of questions very quickly. I had gone through several agencies and recruiters before landing with Lana at Adex and I highly recommend them both!
