Ratio is 1 to 3.Medical/Surgical Progressive and Critical Ca-MPCU (Medicine Progressive Care Unit)-24 bed unit that cares for patients on ventilators-Nurses are actively involved in physician rounding and often assist with bedside procedures. Ratio for most patients is 1 to 3 if acute care borders could be 1 to 5. Required Certs: ACLS, BLS. Must have one year experience.
