Title: ER Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Benson, AZ
Shift: 07:00PM - 07:30AM (Nights)
Guaranteed hours: 36 Hours
Duration: 13 Weeks
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our facility in Benson, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency care and a willingness to float to Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) units as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Room, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, and implementation of care plans.
• Float to Med Surg units as required, demonstrating versatility and teamwork.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient responses.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
• Respond to emergency situations with swift and effective interventions.
• Participate in departmental meetings and continuing education to enhance professional development.
Required:
• Current RN license in the state of Arizona.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Room setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification preferred.
• Travel nursing experience is required.
