Description
PAY SHOWS EARNING POTENTIAL WITH GENEROUS SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS
Compensation ranges, including differentials (weekday evenings, overnights, weekend days, weekend evenings, and Weekend overnights) by shift:
Days: $60.00-70.00/hr
Evenings: $65-$75.00/hr
Nights: $68.00-$78.00/hr
Weekend Days: $64.00-$74.00/hr
Weekend Evenings: $69.00-$79.00/hr.
Weekend Nights: $72.00/hr-$82.00/hr
Mass General Brigham is looking for Registered Nurses to join our Internal Resource Pool (IRP). The IRP will allow RNs flexibility in scheduling short- or long-term assignments within our Mass General Brigham Hospitals at a premium rate of pay. Skills and Experience Required for a Registered Nurse RN Neuro ICU
o BSN is preferred
o Current licensure in Massachusetts as a registered nurse is required
o Neuro and critical care experience are preferred, but candidates with experience in general acute care and demonstrating a strong interest in the neuroscience specialty will also be considered
o This position requires you to work a day/night rotation shift
o Ideal candidate has 2 years of recent acute care RN experience; new grad RNs will not be considered.
