Description

2+ Years of Hospice - Required
Travel Experience - Highly Preferred
Home Care Home Base - Highly Preferred
Experience with Pain Pumps - Preferred
Point of Care Documentation will be expected - Traveler will be provided with a tablet, but not a cell phone
Expectation that Travelers will perform 4-5 Visits per day and 20-25 Visits per week
34 cents per mile
One hour coverage radius
Any Traveler interested in Temp to Perm will be shot to the top of the list for consideration.
