Flex Shifts available: CST: 3x12 (36 hours weekly). Level 1 Trauma experience - proficient knowledge/experience level
Proficient in scrubbing emergency craniotomies and trauma procedures
Knowledgeable in setting up rooms for next day cases when on the off shift– familiar with equipment, beds, trays, supplies and reading preference cards
Required Experience: recent/proficient ENT, neuro, & vascular specialties
On Call requirement of 8 hours per week, scheduled directly before or after staff shift unless an off shift, then there might be a gap, typically in 4-hour blocks.
If called back in, 30 minutes response time required, and will receive a minimum of 4 hours of guaranteed pay.
Weekend call is not included in the 8 hours of call per week.
Weekend work could be scheduled both days, call only, or a combination of both.
Assigned at least 2 out of 6 weekends in a 6-week schedule period to work and/or take call.
They do NOT need to be certified, just need to have attended an accredited school.
