Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist
Join our dedicated team as a Physical Therapist, providing home•based care within a 20•25 mile radius. This 13•week contract position requires a 40•hour work week, Monday through Friday, with no weekend or on•call duties.
Responsibilities include flexible working hours and potential for overtime and contract extensions. All time off requests must be approved in advance.
Qualifications include a current PT License, BLS Certification, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the specialty. Experience with Oasis and HCHB is preferred, but training will be provided if necessary.
The position is based in Palm Desert, CA. Any color scrubs are acceptable, and details on PPE and parking will be provided. The EMR systems used are HCHB/Oasis.
Our primary case types are homecare, home health, and physical therapy, serving a patient population aged 65 and over. Join us and make a difference in the lives of patients by providing exceptional home health care.
