Description

Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist • Days

Join our home health team as a Physical Therapist in a 13•week contract role, working a 40•hour week. Flexibility and adaptability are key.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver home health physical therapy
• Document accurately and promptly
• Handle 20•25 cases weekly

Requirements:
• Valid CA PT License
• BLS certification
• 2 years physical therapy experience
• Home health and OASIS experience
• Maximum 1 year employment gap
• Ability to use Homecare Homebase at patient's home

Work locations include Redding and surrounding areas. Time off must be pre•approved and made up. No on•call or specific scrub color required. Orientation and training provided.
