Description

Job Title: Home Health • Physical Therapist • Days

We're seeking a Physical Therapist for a day shift role in Home Health Care. This 13•week contract requires a 40•hour commitment per week, primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work.

Key Requirements:
• Valid CA PT License
• BLS Certification
• 2 years of experience, preferably in Hospital Critical Care or Home Health
• Proficiency in HCHB and Oasis
• Bilingualism is a plus
• 1 year of recent experience within their specialty

The role involves home•based care in Fresno and Visalia, working with a diverse range of cases, primarily with elderly Medicare recipients.
