Description

Job Title: Inpatient Palliative Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) • Days

Join our team as a full•time Inpatient Palliative LCSW. This in•person role involves a 13•week contract with potential extension, requiring 40 hours per week over five 8•hour day shifts.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver medical, oncology, and specialty care.
• Consult for patients and families experiencing serious illness.
• Enhance patient outcomes through clear communication.

Requirements:
• Active California LCSW License.
• 2+ years of LCSW experience.
• Experience in acute care, ICU, oncology, or serious illness.
• Empathy and professionalism in handling challenging cases.
• LA County Fire card certification.
• COVID•19 vaccination.

Preferred:
• Travel experience.
• Familiarity with EPIC.

No on•call or float requirements. Up to 4 days of RTO approved. Personal protective equipment and on•site parking provided. Scrub color: Royal Blue or Navy Blue.

Location: Los Angeles, CA. Orientation held every Monday. Local candidates preferred. Previous employees terminated by our client and skills checklists scoring below 3.0 will not be considered.
