Description

Job Title: Registered Nurse • Home Health (Day Shift)

Join our Home Health team as a Registered Nurse for a 13•week contract position, working 40 hours per week with a rotational 4th weekend.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver high•quality home•based patient care within a 20•25 mile radius.
• Use EMR systems, specifically HCHB/Oasis (training provided if needed).
• Follow safety and PPE guidelines.

Requirements:
• Valid CA RN License.
• 2 years of Home Health experience.
• BLS Certification.
• Oasis and HCHB experience preferred.
• Flexibility for on•call work.

Note: Requested time off must be pre•approved. No specific holiday requirement. Scrub color unspecified. Parking and mileage reimbursement details provided upon hire. This role offers a chance to impact patients' lives and grow professionally in home health care.
