Description
Join our client's hospice care team as a dedicated Registered Nurse for a 13•week contract role. This full•time position operates Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver hospice and home health care services
• Adapt to potential float requirements within assigned territory
Requirements:
• MA Nursing License
• BLS Certification
• 2 years of Hospice/Home Health Nurse experience
• Familiarity with OASIS; Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience preferred
Additional Information:
• No on•call or specific holiday requirements
• Scrub color: Any
• PPE: TBD
• Patient ratio: 1:1
• Orientation provided on•site
• COVID•19 vaccination not required
