Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) • Behavioral Health

We're seeking a flexible LVN to join our Behavioral Health team. This role requires adaptability and a variable shift schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Work 40•hour weeks, with potential for overtime.
• Complete a 30•day orientation program.
• Adhere to strict attendance and holiday policies.
• Comply with CA State patient ratio guidelines.
• Be prepared to float as per unit needs.
• Maintain active LVN License.

Qualifications:

• Active LVN License.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the specialty.
• Travel experience preferred.

Additional Information:

• No on•call requirement.
• Training will occur on Day shift, 5 x 8's.
• Candidates will shadow and learn the patient population and Med Cert Training.
• RTO requests require 1 month's notice.

Our facility serves a mental health patient population, provides all necessary PPE, and uses a pen and paper EMR system. Navy Blue or Black scrubs are preferred.
