Description

Job Title: Home Health • LVN/LPN • Days

Join our team as a dedicated LVN/LPN for a 13•week contract role in home health care. This full•time position primarily involves day shifts.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver high•quality patient care at home.
• Adapt to changes in territory assignments.
• Potential for contract extension.

Requirements:
• Current MA LVN License.
• BLS Certification.
• 2+ years of experience in Home Health.
• Experience with OASIS; familiarity with HCHB preferred.

Additional Information:
• No on•call duties.
• Flexible scrub color.
• Weekly pay cycle.
• 1:1 patient ratio.
• Orientation provided.
