Description

Job Title: Home Health • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) • Days

Join our Home Health team as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a 13•week contract, working 40 hours per week. We value flexibility and a minimum of 2 years of Home Health experience.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver high•quality patient care at home.
• Manage 20•25 patients weekly.
• Complete Homecare Homebase documentation.
• Attend weekly in•person meetings.

Requirements:
• Valid CA LVN License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• OASIS experience.
• Continuous employment with no more than a 1•year gap.
• Proficiency in OASIS documentation.

Additional Information:
• Position based in Redding, CA.
• Any color scrubs acceptable.
• PPE and parking details provided.
• Weekly pay cycle.
• 2•3 days of orientation.

Time off must be pre•approved and made up. No on•call requirement.
