Job Title: Weekend Hospice Registered Nurse Join our team as a Hospice Registered Nurse, providing compassionate care in a home•based setting. This 13•week contract role, with potential for extension, requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in hospice care and OASIS. Familiarity with Homecare Home Base (HCHB) is a plus. Key Duties: • Deliver home•based hospice care • Manage a weekly average of 30 patients • Meet daily productivity targets Requirements: • Valid MA Nursing License • BLS Certification • 2 years' nursing experience • Hospice and OASIS experience • Availability to work weekends (9 am•9 pm) in the Woburn area No on•call duties.
