Description

Job Title: Weekend Hospice Registered Nurse

We're seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse for weekend shifts. This contract role involves providing home health and hospice care within a specific territory, with flexibility for additional weekday hours.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver home health and hospice care.
• Adapt to location changes based on patient census.
• Maintain professional certifications.

Requirements:
• Valid MA Nursing License.
• 2 years of experience as a Home Health/Hospice RN.
• BLS Certification.
• Familiarity with OASIS and HCHB preferred.

Additional Information:
• No on•call duty.
• Home care•based role in Needham, Massachusetts.
• Orientation in Southborough.
