Description

Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse • Days

Join our team as a Home Health Registered Nurse for a 13•week contract position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver home•based patient care within a designated territory.
• Adapt to location changes based on patient census.
• Potential for contract extension.

Requirements:
• MA Nursing License.
• BLS Certification.
• 2 years of Home Health RN experience.
• Experience with OASIS; Homecare Homebase (HCHB) familiarity preferred.

Additional Information:
• No on•call or specific holiday requirements.
• Scrub Color: Any.
• PPE: TBD.
• Patient Ratios: 1:1.
• Orientation in Southborough.
