Job Title: Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (Night Shift)

We're seeking a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to join our team in Waco, TX, providing care to teenagers with emotional or behavioral challenges. This night shift role involves direct patient care in a psychiatric setting, effective communication with healthcare professionals, and accurate documentation in the EMR.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct patient care in a psychiatric setting
• Interprofessional communication
• EMR documentation
• Compliance with facility rules and policies

Position Details:
• Orientation: 11/4, 11/11
• Contract: 13 weeks, 40 hours/week, night shifts
• Floating as per unit need
• Contract extension possible
• COVID•19 Vaccination required

Qualifications:
• Active Texas RN License
• AHA BLS Certification
• 2+ years of direct care nursing experience
• Experience in psychiatric setting or nursing home preferred
• Experience with larger med pass
