Job Title: Behavioral Health LVN/LPN • Mids
Join our team as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Behavioral Health department. This role requires a 26•week commitment, with a 40•hour work week, mid•day shift.
Responsibilities:
• Patient care, medication management, and documentation.
• Data entry.
• Compliance with facility procedures.
Requirements:
• Active Texas LPN/LVN Licensure.
• AHA BLS Certification.
• 2+ years of LVN or LPN experience, preferably in behavioral health.
• Experience with a larger med pass.
• Clear communication skills.
• Compliance with HHSC immunization and drug test requirements.
• Completion of facility and HHSC required training.
• COVID•19 vaccination.
Our facility in San Antonio, Texas, provides 24/7 care for individuals with behavioral issues and intellectual and developmental disabilities. As an LVN/LPN, you will perform advanced vocational nursing work, provide care, and assist with on•the•job training for new hires.
