WCS HealthCare is partnering with a large organization focused on servicing patients with Cerebral Palsy. They are currently in need of multiple Licensed Practical Nurse candidates for flexible 8 hour shifts, day or night. This LPN will be offered competitive pay and benefits.

Job Function:

• Day Shift
• 9am - 5pm
• Perform assessment of residents and update Registered Nurse as needed for additional care.
• Dispense medication and document in medication administration.
• Provide hands on care to improve the health of residents.
• Maintain health records as required.
• Assist the Registered Nurse in conducting and implementing health related training for residents and staff.
• Assist with the coordination and implementation of health initiatives for residents.

Job Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse in New York.
• Willingness to work with target patient population.
• OPWDD or Case Management experience required.
