Worst pay in the city
Currently paying new LPN’s $20.40. Scope of practice wise, you do everything a RN does except spike a blood bag…you can order blood, pick up blood, verify blood, just can’t spike the bag before hanging. It’s literally robbery the way you do the same job and get paid much less. You get 6 weeks of orientation even though you’re allotted more. Choose anywhere else.
