Liver/Transplant Unit traveler friendly, great staff, no tolerance for rude patients/plenty of support for staff. Flexible with scheduling, plenty of opportunities to pick up extra shift if you want, ratios were pretty good 1:4-5 on nights, sometimes only 1:3!

a lot of the areas around the hospital are in sketchy areas and mail/packages get stolen all the time and the cost of living is way too high for what you get. also everything is broken because Yale is putting their money into buying up all the little hospitals instead of fixing what they've got.
