Best ER I’ve worked at so far. Don’t get me wrong it’s busy and has some very sick pts and holds for days in the ER but the management is kind and approachable and works well with travelers.

WakeMed Raleigh campus was great when it came to nurse to patient ratios. Always safe assignments but the culture of the staff nurses there and the acceptance and welcoming of travel staff was not good at all. The scheduling was not flexible. I would not return.
