This corporation likes to reduce your rate either when you start or halfway through. Happened multiple times while on assignments. Overall culture seems great and people are friendly.

This facility was awful. I honestly loved the cases and the surgeons that worked there, however the manager, Mike and his cohort were awful. If a surgeon had a complaint about WANTING people in their rooms, the staff was genuinely punished for it. They also THRIVE on their absolutely inadequate staff and their inadequate skills. I wouldn’t return to this facility ever.
