Expect 6-8 patient: 1 nurse ratio. Which would not be too bad if there were also enough nurse assistants to help sometimes they would only have 2 in the whole building so most of the time you are doing everything for that patient. They assign nurses to sections instead of by acuity so if your section is mostly bedbound or difficult patients then its so much difficult. Only plus side was staff are nice, can make own schedule.
